Wonderful lunch and fantastic views and aesthetic
My friend and I were just in Monaco for the day and were recommended to come here - we’re so glad we did! The food was delicious (especially the prawn salad), our waiter was so friendly (I didn’t catch his name sadly but he had tattoos on his arm - please thank him for us) and the views were amazing! Will definitely come back again when I’m travelling in the South of France :)

Great I recommend
Great lunch on a Sunday. We enjoyed the barbecue with the octopus which was excellent. Small shout out to Malik who was our server and really nice. Perfect service. Beautiful area

Dream vacation
We had a great stay, everyone is focused on supporting, responding and taking care of the customers. Very pleasant. The swimming pool is superb and the manager is discreet and present at the same time. We will come back Gerald and Sylvie
My Belated 50th
I turned 50 in 2021 during COVID lockdown. This experience made up for it. My server, Aurelien was tremendous. Food was amazing. Made my birthday most memorable Roof top view beautiful
Amazing buffet, view and service
Came here with my partner for an impromptu lunch. Fantastic service from our server Malik, was friendly and kind. The food was amazing, and for the price in Monte Carlo for the quality couldn't have asked for more. We had the buffet lunch with a few cocktails.

A family evening ruined by poor service and poor food
The worst experience I have had in a restaurant for years. We booked a table for 7.30 and we’re seated at that time but no one cam to take our drinks order until 8.00 and then it was 8.15 before they took food orders. The waiter forgot to ask my daughter for her choice until, we reminded him, they didnt proactively tell us about the specials, we only knew about them when we heard another waiter on the table opposite. My son and husband ordered the Tomahawk Steak. The starters didn’t arrive until 8.30 and by 9 we had not had the main course, nor had a waiter bene to check for any other drinks. I complained to the waiter who apologised and said he would check but didnt come back AT this point a waiter cam round with bread rolls, 1.5 hours after we sat down and promptly came back a 2nd time in 10 mins. I again complained about the service and the manager said the streak was cooked to order and took 20 minutes, I pointed out that we had ordered it at 8.15 had our starters at 8.30 so there had ben plenty of time to cook it. The steak arrived in the next 15 minutes along with the other meals. IT was presented at the table and carved. The steak had clearly. Not been cooked properly, fat was not rendered and virtually a plate of fat was waste. This steak costs 200euros. BY this time is was 9.30 and we had frankly had enough. This was our last night in Monte Carlo and this meal was ruined. The manager asked if we were staying in the hotel, which we weren’t and then said he would sort something out. I said I just wanted to leave as ther service was appalling , the food was awful and this has spoilt our evening. He took off 4 drinks from the bill but the amount was still £350e for 2 starters and 4 main meals. He then took off 2 starters but we still ended up paying 300e. The waiters had no idea what they were doing the manager had no oversight and the food was poor I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone. It was overrated, over priced.

That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Horizon Rooftop Monaco to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Horizon Rooftop Monaco!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
