Where to start, while doing our research on some of the
Where to start, while doing our research on some of the must visit restaurants to go, we stumbled on Nannarella. Came here twice during our recent visit, the food was one of our trip highlights. The place is old school with hint of modern touch, service is on point. We tried different varieties of pasta and other things on the menu, everything was just delish. By far, one of the best pastas we have ever had...and coming to desserts, please just that tiramisu, even if you don't like Tiramisu, you will loving it. Solid and must place visit when in town!!

The food is top notch. You will love this place. I have tried to find a place like Nannarella in the US but no luck. You have got to eat here if you are in Rome.

Perhaps our favorite dinner in Rome--we wanted the excitement of the city so we went out at 9 pm and enjoyed the bustling streets of Trastevere. We were not disappointed. After a 20 minute wait, we were seated inside--brighter and less romantic than outside, but we also had fun talking with the people in either side of us. We ate: --caprese--this was not as delicious as the other versions of this dish that we ate in Rome but it was still good. The mozzarella wasn't as fresh and tasty as other restaurants. I'd pass on this appetizer. --flat bread comes out hot and perfectly baked. Get this! --lasagna--perhaps the best, lightest lasagna on earth. Best in show! --pollo alla romana--so good. The pepper covering the chicken during slow roasting made this dish sing. The fried potatoes and rustic tomato sauce were fantastic! Get this and prepare to share it because it's a lot of food. Service was outstanding. It was crowded but not stressful or chaotic. The team moved efficiently, gracefully and with purpose. Absolutely professional and friendly. We paid a bit more here than other restaurants in the area, but it was worth it. Also, we had a blast. Highly recommend.

Arrive early! The lasagna was very good, but the rigatoni pesto is the best pesto I've ever had! If you don't like crowds, we'll stay out of Trasteveria completely! But if you don't mind them, enjoy & MANGIA!

After spending the day walking the streets of Rome, I found myself in Trastevera, exhausted and hungry. I stumbled into this unfamiliar restaurant kind of assuming I had settled since I hadn't done any research into restaurants on this side of town but in the end I was pleasantly surprised with incredible service, good wine and plate of lasagna I enjoyed deeply. The restaurant is simple and friendly with both indoor and outdoor seating. In the end I was happy to have stumbled upon this place.

Everything we had was outstanding! The carbonara was unlike anything we have in the United States aka it's the real deal. Incredibly rich so definitely good for sharing. The meatballs and garlic bread also were fantastic. The lasagne was some of the best we've ever had! Service was wonderful. I definitely would come back.

I was so excited to make it to Nannarella after reading
I was so excited to make it to Nannarella after reading rave reviews and seeing instagram posts on it and was sadly disappointed. Super cute and quaint covered patio. The staff and servers were very welcoming and service was fast (for Italy). The noodles in the pasta were thick and yummy, as was the sauce... but the fried artichoke was bland, literally tasted like the deep fryer had old oil in it and the guanciale in the Amatriciana was mostly fatty and not cooked crispy at all. Our pan had huge pieces of fat left in it. $8.50 Peronis ...Pasta prices were comparable to other places but other menu items like drinks and bread were very pricey compared to other places nearby. Maybe we didn't order correctly but there are many other restaurants to choose from in Trastavere and I think I'd do that next time. Maybe we didn't order correctly but I was underwhelmed and wished we'd gone elsewhere

Food and service were great but we were so hot inside and they supposedly had air conditioning but you couldn't even tell. Would really think a restaurant of this caliber would have real a/c. During the summer it's ridiculous!
A great mother-daughter dinner
We passed by Nannarella's on several occasions and there was always a queue in. We decided to try our luck and were surprised to be escorted in within 10 minutes. The food was simple and delicious and arrived fast. Roland was awesome, making obviously the best out of everyones' time at the restaurant. Thank you!

An amazing experience overall. The food and service was great. We had a table for 6 and they were able to fit everyone (they had to move an entire table across the restaurant). Rolando was our server and did an amazing job. His friendliness and service is rare in the food industry.
Super experience
Delicious meal, likely the best weโve had in Italy so far. Amazing Negronis, Calamari and Amatriciana! Our waiters Marko and Roland were fanastic - kind and attentive. Coloring pencils and paper for kiddos is a perfect addition. Will be back in a heartbeat. Salut

Carbonara was great, just a little too salty for my taste. Tiramisu was amazing! The waiters Marko and Roland were very nice, so we'll definitely come back.

Nannarella was recommended by our food tour guide Mario. It didnโt disappoint and Iโd recommend it as well. Delicious food, reasonable prices, and the service from Piero made it a great experience! Canโt say enough good things and hope you get a chance to check it out!

Inside or outside dining, the food was absolutely devine! Just a step away from the Basilica di S. Maria in Trastavere, it's a wonderful location to eat! We visited for my birthday dinner - were absolutely delighted. Well worth visiting at any time of day.

Tourist trap.
Please, listen to all the Italians posting here. This restaurant is truly terrible. I've had better at Olive Garden. Don't waste your limited time in Italy eating at places like this.
We came at 11:30am and were seated right away.
Our server was really nice and friendly. We got suppli (10,00), amatriciana (12,00), cacio e pepe (10,00), artichoke (8,50) and tiramisu (7,00). This was a lot of food for 2 people but we wanted to try everything. The wine is a bit expensive but we had to get wine to accompany our meal. The suppli was so good. It comes with 3 different types. We loved the one that had extra tomato sauce flavour inside. The cheese inside was the perfect touch. The artichoke was okay. Very crispy on the outside and moist on the inside also very soft on the inside but I wouldn't order it again The amatriciana and the cacio e pepe were served in the cutest pans. This pasta was the first pasta we had in Italy so we were floored by the flavour and the texture. It wasn't overly salty and the portion was huge. We couldn't finish everything since we had already eaten artichokes and 3 suppli balls each so they offered us to go boxes for the leftover pasta. We also got tiramisu - it was strong on the alcohol flavour but not on the coffee flavour. I would definitely come back to have more suppli and pasta

Yucky! This is not a good place.
Despite all of the reviews which I think might be some sort of social media campaign, the food is not good. The carbonara sauce was so thick and the pasta under done. Our plates came out cold. The Caprese salad had no basil and supposedly it was made with Burrata, but was actually cheap buffalo. Do not go here.

We arrived at 6.30 expecting to wait but were quickly offered a table, the food was amazing and reasonably priced. Between us we tried arrancini, bruschetta, meatballs and carbonara, lasagna was the best I have eaten as was the hot foccaccia. The portions are extremely generous. Busy, vibrant atmosphere. Our waiter, Roman, was friendly and attentive, as were all the other staff we met despite it being a busy Sunday evening. Pleased we arrived early as the queue was building as we left, although definitely worth waiting for! Great way to spend our last evening in Rome before returning home

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FluffyStar64, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FluffyStar64 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FluffyStar64 for any questions Peter may have as FluffyStar64 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FluffyStar64 now uses their connections at Nannarella, Osteria, Roma Trastevere to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FluffyStar64 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FluffyStar64 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FluffyStar64's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Nannarella, Osteria, Roma Trastevere!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
