Ralph's Restaurant Paris Reviews
Fantastic dinner from food to service to the beautiful outdoor setting
I recently dined at Ralph's and it was fantastic. The outdoor garden is beautiful and a phenomenal setting for a meal. Service was equally wonderful. I had the best crab cake of my life here. I also had the steak, which was perfectly cooked. I would absolutely go back.
Three course meal required
Be advised the menu is rather small and limited. Naturally it is expensive given the brand and location. You have to choose at least one starter and a main course per person. Desserts and coffee menus are not provided until afterwards. Waiters are polite but choices are underwhelming, it seems a little tacky to expect every customer to order three courses whatever time of day and we did feel sorry for the waiters who had to keep apologising to people who wanted to order less. I’d have to say we ate far far better at the boulangerie a few minutes walk away.
Very chic
Reserve well in advance as the place without the terrace is not very large. Cosy atmosphere, excellent service and great food. Paired with a very comprehensive wine menu. We decided to share the appetizers and it was a great idea. All of them were very good, nicely presented and served. As for the main course the burger is an institution.
Amazing
This is such a gorgeous restaurant located in central Paris. It is certainly expensive but definitely worth the money. Everything is beautifully presented and delicious. Would thoroughly recommend.
10/10
Amazing experience as expected! As it was rainy, we were sat inside as opposed to the courtyard. The decor is beautiful and the staff were friendly, attentive and provided fantastic service. We had lunch and the food was also great, will definitely be returning, 10/10.
Incredible experience!
I almost canceled my reservation after reading some bad reviews but I’m really glad we didn’t ! We had a wonderful experience! The food and the service were excellent!
Cute cafe by Ralph Lauren.
It is very tiny, only 6 tables total so get here early. But the coffee and breakfast treats are wonderful.
Lovely Dinner in Lovely Setting
Ralph's on the Park is, as expected, on City Park which is a nice break from all the people and activity in the French Quarter. This place is a little fancier so was good for a celebration dinner. The menu offered enough variety for everyone in our party and the food was very good.

Okay this was our last dinner in Paris and it was such a treat. The vibes were immaculate. We felt like we were dining in a rustic hunting lodge mid winter. I had the best margarita I've ever had (even state side). Everything else was top notch. I definitely recommend the lobster rolls to start and the filet for dinner. The mashed potatoes were also to die for!
Another enjoyable time here
We have been here many times , love eating both inside & out . Staff are charming, food quality can vary from time to time but generally it’s very good . Not terribly easy to book a table in advance but thankfully we did manage. The décor , the atmosphere & the setting is lovely.
Terrible customer service.
Impossible to make a Thanksgiving day reservation -- called 5 times and emailed 5 times and Charlene Caderby and team never responded.
Great service and good coffee.
Enjoy a shopping break at this nice Ralph's Coffee location.

Ralph Lauren's restaurant has an outdoor patio that sparkles when the weather is nice. Inside the restaurant is decorated in dark leather and saddles are hung high on the walls. As a former equestrian I appreciated the décor. I had two servers when I visited for dinner that caused a bit of confusion. For example, I asked for tap water and got bottled water (and charged for it!). I also gave my drink order to one server and the other came by a couple moments later to request it again. When asked if I wanted to see a dessert menu, I declined and asked for my bill. Moments later the same server came over with the dessert menu. For which, I once again declined and asked for my bill. So, that's probably the main reason for the one-star deduction. I'm not sure if they were trying to upsell me or it was carelessness, but either way service was off. For dinner I had the Cesar salad with chicken. It was fine. Nothing particularly special, but also not bad either. Ralph's has a coat check and if you've been out shopping, they are also happy to check your bags for you too.

Sad to give this beautiful spot such a low rating; the location and atmosphere was wonderful and the latte was just fine. But the interactions were abysmal. I tried to go for a coffee one afternoon around 4:15 and was told the kitchen was closed; I mentioned I just wanted a coffee and a little break but they said no, they were completely closed from 4-7pm to get ready for dinner service (though this contradicted their website). I asked what time I would be able to come for just a coffee or a cocktail as I was staying in the area but my meals were pretty much all set. I was told to come between noon-4pm or after 7pm. I know just having a drink is something they do as I'd seen it on many of the reviews here. A few days later before a late lunch I stopped by just after noon for coffee before some shopping - I was one of two tables at the time - and was told no I couldn't just get coffee, I could only stay if I was having a meal. I explained my previous conversation to them and that I wouldn't take long (and as I mentioned) they were empty but was still rejected. I had lunch plans so I left. I went back later, around 4:30, and was able to order of a coffee with no issue but the women who had turned me away earlier the same day avoided me. She'd suggested that maybe they didn't understand because of language, but I can assure you they did as I make sure to confirm and reconfirm what each of us was saying. I wanted to go because it had been recommended to me by a friend, and as I said, it was a beautiful space for a respite from the hot weather but the hassle made it a headache. Once I finally did get service the latte was a latte and the caramel corn was good. The saving grace, and only reason I might consider returning, was the space . My server was nice too but my experience had already been soured. Another staff memento (not my server) gave my a comically small amount of water when I asked (for the second time after never receiving it) for tap water...it was in the 90s and he didn't even fill the glass half way...
Disappointing
Disappointing on so many levels. The courtyard is really lovely. The inside is decorated with pictures of horses and saddles hanging on the wall. Looks like they are trying too hard with the props. Food was terrible. I had a cobb salad and the chicken was so dry it was inedible. Whispering Angel on the menu, enough said.
