Positioned on George Street in the heart of Scotland's capital city the Dome is absolutely stunning inside and a perfect spot for pre dinner drinks and/or dinner there. Great cocktail menu and they are well made but beware the city centre prices
Nice place for a special occasion
The Dome has a nice interior and the service is good. The food is well presented The staff when not busy did not portray the ambience as you would expect Overall a good place to fine for a special occasion

This restaurant is fabulous. It is worth going just to see the building both inside and out - jaw dropping beautiful architecture. It is easy to find in George St, just behind Princes Street. The staff were very efficient and cheerful. Our dinner

It was our first time at the Dome. We celebrated a birthday with a Sunday roast and champagne. Both were really nice and service was good. We also stayed for some drinks afterwards. The atmosphere was nice - fancy but still relaxing, good value. When
Incredible!!!
Went here for my Husbands birthday and we were both very impressed. The decor, food and service were all impeccable, along with our incredible waiter George. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the city.
Disappointing - avoid
Tasteless food, horrible ambience (so loud it’s like a canteen), staff clueless about food, despite knowing it was a special birthday daughter not even wished a greeting. Dreadful experience and definitely won’t return.

Fantastic lunch in a beautiful setting. We opted for the Table D’hote menu, 3 courses for £31. The food was outstanding and the portions were very generous.
Wonderful atmosphere but let down by slow service and disappointing food quality.
Went with family for my mums 60th birthday. Beautiful venue but the service was slow. Parts of the meal were forgotten about like sauces and sides. Some of our party ordered the Sunday roast but the beef was tough and the lamb was dry.

As visitors to your wonderful country, we were not really sure what to expect when we visited the Dome. Our server treated us very well, and the food was delicious! The interior of the building was just stunning!

This is probably the most beautiful restaurant I have ever been in. The food was excellent and we had a really nice wait staff member.

We had a wonderful lunch served by excellent staff in the most beautiful surroundings, We always take friends visiting from Cruise ships here, they absolutely love it.

I can see that this is listed as a champagne bar, but it looked like they had pretty tasty food. There was a vibrant scene of activity, with customers coming and going. Couples. Singles. Luxe and not so luxe. Sat at the bar and had a double scotch

Unfortunately, despite making a reservation, we were seated upstairs and not in the main room that was decorated for the holidays. That was really disappointing.
