I had an uncertain feeling about this place as soon as certain coworkers absolutely raved about it. I also have high expectations for places that are known for small but pricey plates. They have a very small space to begin with and a cramped setting. I called just a few minutes before and they had a 2-person table but upon parking, another couple took it not 30 seconds before I arrived. It was a Tuesday evening for goodness sakes. So we sat at the bar which was pretty uncomfortable. Anyways, my BF and I ordered lobster tots, Thyme burger and the summer trifle dessert. Lobster tots were good, no complaints! Burger was okay but their fries were atrocious! Dry, undercooked, not crunchy, unseasoned, just bad. I asked for hot sauce and the server gave me ketchup the first time. She came back with their house hot sauce but it was so bland and bad--just bitter spicy with no other flavor or depth. Our servers were quite friendly and one of them was especially helpful. She anticipated the takeout containers I'd need before asking! The dessert was the biggest disappointment. For $16, the "cake" was as big as a 4oz drink in a tiny mason jar. It looked fresh but was so bland. How can cherries be bland? The blueberry ice cream wasn't bad but soooo little of a scoop. I definitely don't feel a need to come back here. There are a ton of better places I can go to for a mediocre dinner.

Hostess was able to squeeze us in without a reservation on a busy Thursday (reservations are definitely a good idea). Food and service were both great! My burger was overcooked (asked for medium but it was pretty charred on one side, still edible and yummy) but the lobster tots app were incredible!! Overall very cute aesthetic and will definitely be back!

The loaded tater tots were the best thing I had at dinner! The short rib was a close second! Could have done without the focaccia bread; it wasn't terrible, but wasn't amazing. The drinks were delicious. The service was excellent! Our waitress did a great job! The ambiance was super cute! Definitely would go back and try some other items on the menu.
Best food in Bay!
This place is one of a kind! It’s our favorite place to go for dinner. The staff are friendly and fabulous. The food keeps us coming back! I suggest making reservations in advance. It’s so popular it’s hard to walk in and get a seat!

Everyone we encountered was happy and knowledgeable with the menu. The cocktails were top notch and the som suggested the perfect wine. Great variety of appetizers and entrees. Ended with dessert!

Hits: lobster tater tots, short ribs, butterscotch pudding and cake roll So so: flatbread (not amazing but also not terrible, I would skip) Misses: calamari (under salted and greasy), risotto (under salted and lacked texture and flavor), walleye (again under seasoned), rosemary focaccia (honestly a waste of money--it was somehow super greasy on the outside and dry and dense on the inside, the worst focaccia I've ever had) Service was friendly and ambiance is lively.

The cauliflower steak was great!!!! We have ressees coming up for a group of 6 but are cancelling because of the expensive drinks. Wine pours were very small.

One of the things I love most about Yelp is being able to find hidden gems based on real reviews -- and Thyme Table is a perfect example! The reviews for this lovely little restaurant in the Bay Area were spot on. What an amazing meal I had the first night -- everything from the warm welcome to the beautifully presented dishes blew me away. The food tastes as incredible as it looks, and the cocktails? Fabulous. I was so impressed, I came back the very next night! The staff are genuinely friendly and attentive, creating a cozy, welcoming vibe that just makes you want to linger. I honestly can't say enough good things about this place. If you're visiting the area (or lucky enough to live nearby), you must try it out. You won't be disappointed!

I took a group to Thyme Table and could not be more pleased.
The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The drinks are interesting and great tasting. The food is exemplary. This has to be one of the top restaurants in the. Cleveland area. The space is quant, well appointed, comfortable, and nicely decorated. If you have not been there you are missing out. I will certainly be back!!

We have wanted to visit Thyme Table for a while and finally made our way there. It is more upscale dining with a well thought out menu. The restaurant was very busy on a on a Monday night. We were seated on the covered porch area. It was a chilly night and the heaters were on. We were seated very close to a heater and it was very warm, almost too warm. The covered porch is very narrow so there was a ton of space. The food was wonderful. I don't normally like eggplant, but the way it was prepared was very good. The burger was top notch.We ordered two desserts for the table to share and ended up ordering another cheesecake. Our server was very attentive, helpful and friendly. I think next time we will ask to be seated inside.

To start, both the food and drinks here were absolutely amazing. I ordered the roasted vegetable risotto and everything about it was perfect. The whole staff was very attentive. Specifically, our waiter, Jacob, was wonderful- very kind and helpful. I definitely recommend a visit here for anyone in the area!

Unexpected Dining Pleasure
We had high hopes for this restaurant. Fortunately we were NOT disappointed. The trumpet mushrooms stuffed with aged goat cheese was delicious as were the meatballs. We tried three of the entrees: the chicken confit (moist and flavorful, and the pickled fennel kraut a perfect foil for the sauce on the chicken), the sumac blackened salmon was scrumptious-not the overcook and not undercooked, and the short ribs (full bodied flavorful and very tender). For dessert we had the grapefruit panna cotta and banana cream pie cheesecake. Both were lovely. Coffee was a French press and the tea actually came piping hot!

Love this place! Great drinks, great food, and great service. The ambiance was A+ as well. They did good not over doing the clever theme. My meal might have been a little on the salty side, but maybe I'm sensitive to salt (I am). Can't wait to go back.

The atmosphere at thyme table is relaxing, charming, and gives off class and sophistication while still feeling like home. The colors throughout the restaurant are beautiful. Couldn't recommend this place more.

This is an amazing restaurant! Drinks and food are top notch. I'm just glad they brought a food and drink happy hour menu back. They are stingy on their timing for it (5-6:30 pm) if I'm accurate, but just glad it's back. Every inch of every meal is meticulously placed. But you have to try the lobster tots, the confit half chicken, and the cheesy grits.

We were celebrating a birthday dinner. Great atmosphere and the food was delicious. Several of us had the beef short ribs and one the pork chop.
Forget About It
My friends and I made a reservation for 5pm. They tried to seat us inthe patio but access depends on being able to climb a stair. My friend who is in a wheelchair was unable to do so. We asked if instead we could have an empty table nearby but were told that table was for someone who specifically reserved for it. We were led through the alley past the trash cans to a plastic table outside for a dinner costing well over $150. Two of us roasted and two froze with barely enough room at the table to move. While they knocked off 10% of the bill it wasn’t enough to make up for entering and exiting through the alley as if we were the illegitimate children of the royalty. The food itself was tasty but pretentious and we will never go back.
Served with a side of ageism
I made a reservation online about a week in advance for a table for two. The restaurant was about 30% occupied when we arrived at 5:30. The waiter tried to seat us at a table set for four which was next to the bar, next to the host's station and in the path of traffic. In the corner, we could see an empty table set for two. Intended for us until the waiter sized us up and decided we wouldn't generate a good enough tip because we were senior citizens. We walked out and had a pleasant dinner someplace where our patronage was valued. Thyme X Table used to be our favorite restaurant, but we won't be back.
Hidden Gem in Bay
What a hidden gem!!! Bay doesn’t have many restaurants , I was pleasantly surprised by the quaint, unique atmosphere. Made from scratch kitchen, specialty crafted cocktails….this is where you want to go to dinner!!!! Super friendly staff was the icing on the cake!

Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FamousStation67, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FamousStation67 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FamousStation67 for any questions Peter may have as FamousStation67 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FamousStation67 now uses their connections at Thyme Table Bay Village to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FamousStation67 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FamousStation67 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FamousStation67's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Thyme Table Bay Village!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
