Went here prior to a show. We got in early so we didn't experience the crowd that would soon ensue. Food was amazing, service was good. Very unique inside, clean and well done. One of the cool touches was they were playing the style of music
Zero Customer Service Skills
Walked in to get a table for 2, plenty of tables available however they were so disinterested said no tables you can go to the bar. No seating at the bar, not even a smile or a sorry, just so rude!! Thankfully they had no tables after seeing the revi

The staff here are always super helpful, accommodating, and friendly. Love the massive tv. Tonight was my best meal yet. Everything I have had has been great, but I got the steak tips with mashed potatoes and broccolini. It was stellar. Steak was coo

Boston Roast Beef Sandwich
I usually go for small, historic, quiet restaurants when visiting cities. Banners is the complete opposite of that (it was chosen by my friends). It is a huge restaurant, loud, and has television screens everywhere. If you are a sports/sports bar fan
Great service at a great location!
Tevin was a fantastic server. Not only did he tell us his personal favorites but he made recommendations for a few picky eaters. Our food was prepared perfectly and we couldnโt have been more pleased with the menu offerings, the portion sizes, or
Great for the game
We paid for the โexperienceโ during a Celtics playoff game. Love the monster screen, hated being so close to table next to us, literally two inches. Food was good, service was great.
Could be great
Disappointing night at Banners. Was told a 30 min wait and it took an hour and 20 mins. The server was good and friendly. Ordered a turkey club and it was cold cuts.

Let's say Peter has a great morning and decides to take his three friends to Banners Kitchen & Tap Boston at 6 PM the same day.
He checks the restaurant's website and sees that no reservations are available. He then looks at the Banners Kitchen & Tap Boston page on AppointmentTrader, but finds that there are no user postings either.
That's where the community-driven bid process comes in.
Peter can place a bid on AppointmentTrader, which serves as a reward for any community member who chooses to work on securing the reservation. AT then notifies experienced users who may be able to help.
Step-by-Step Process
1.) Setting a Reward (Bid)
* AppointmentTrader uses historical data to recommend a reasonable reward amount for securing a reservation - let's say $100.
* Peter really wants to go, so he increases the bid (or reward) to $200.
* At this stage, the reservation does not exist yet.
2.) A Community User Picks Up the Bid
* FamousStation67, an experienced AT user, has a strong track record of successfully securing reservations and low refund requests, they receive a notification about Peter's bid.
* FamousStation67 picks up the bid, meaning they will now work on securing the reservation.
* Peter can now talk to FamousStation67 for any questions Peter may have as FamousStation67 user fills the bid.
3.) Finding the Reservation
* FamousStation67 now uses their connections at Banners Kitchen & Tap Boston to secure the table.
* If they successfully get the 6 PM table for four, Peter receives a confirmation that the reservation has been secured.
* If FamousStation67 fails to secure the reservation, the bid is returned to the pool so another user can try.
4.) Payment & Protection
* Once the reservation is secured, FamousStation67 receives the $200 reward which is credited to FamousStation67's AT balance, where users manage their own funds and can withdraw via available payout options such as bank transfer, PayPal, or Zelle.
* Peter can now enjoy the dinner with his friends at Banners Kitchen & Tap Boston!
* As with all transactions on AT, disputes and no-show fees are handled through the platform's community-driven resolution system. Users with a strong track record are incentivized to fulfill bids successfully, and community members can report issues to maintain trust in the marketplace.
