Brezza Las Vegas Reviews
I am thrilled to share this review.
On my last night in Vegas, I canceled a reservation at Bobby Flay's Amalfi in favor of exploring an unknown gem by Chef Nicole Brisson. Brezza "con amore" truly delivered an experience full of love, and I must tell you about it. Starting with the basics, the "Cacio e Pepe" Agnolotti was a brilliant beginning--an al dente delight, buttery and creamy, setting the tone for the meal. The culinary journey continued with a mouth-watering Braised Pork Shank accompanied by Roveja Peas and Crispy Pork Skin. The spotlight of the evening was a special fresh-caught Turbot in a lemon butter sauce, prepared tableside with a flourish. If that wasn't indulgent enough, we also savored the Mascarpone Mashed Potatoes, luxuriously smothered in poached egg, guanciale, and pickled peppers. This dining experience was the highlight of my trip to Las Vegas, and I wholeheartedly recommend Brezza to everyone. From the front of house to the back, it was a flawless 10/10.
The Cacio e Pepe is one of the best I have had.
Their drinks are incredible as well. I would recommend if you are staying in the area.

We tried Brezza for the first time while celebrating our anniversary. The service and food were amazing! Our server answered all our questions and was so pleasant. We enjoyed the halibut, rigatoni, and the tiramisu. Everything tasted great! The tiramisu was so unique and not the usual layered dessert and we loved it! If you are looking for a nice romantic place, this is it.
This place was fantastic.
The service was outstanding. The pasta was incredible. I had the filet with a side of Alfredo shell noodles. Steak was perfectly medium and very delicious. Drinks were great too!
Probably the best Italian at the north strip.
The waiter noted the crew was from Mario Batali's previous restaurants. We enjoyed the pasta, fresh bread, pizza and ravioli. It is paired perfectly with an Italian bottle of wine. Seats are comfortable and the ambiance open and bright. A must visit when at RWLV.
Came here for the first time.
Food tasted great. The gnocchi with fennel sausage was one of the best i have ever had. The calamari was also equally tasty. The tomahawk was over cooked a little and a little dry but still pretty good. Also tried the octopus and clams. Overall the food was very flavorful. My only problem was the prices. Definitely on the high side. But like they say, you get what you pay for more or less. Great place to come for tasty food, but be ready to pay a premium price.
We made dinner reservations for 3 people at 7:30 pm.
As we arrived, the host greeted us and seated us promptly. Our table was near the windows, so we could see some of the lights from the Las Vegas Strip. The dining room is very comfortable, dimly lit, and not noisy at all. I noticed that the tables are placed comfortably far apart from each other so nobody could hear other guests talking besides our own table. I found that very pleasant. Our server (unfortunately forgot his name) was very knowledgeable about the menu. Both servers (drinks and food) checked on us quite often. The red wine, Contucci Vino Nobile Di Montepulciano, my personal favorite, is outstanding! We also had some Mocktails, and I loved the Saturn (Lyre's American Malt, Lemon, Ginger syrup) garnished with a dried lemon slice. The appetizer, Fried Calamari (Pickled Peppers, Guanciale, Calabrian Aioli) absolutely delicious. Our waiter suggested the Whole Fish, and it was amazing! Perfectly grilled, very tasty. The Asparagus and Almonds with brown butter are lemon, and the Spinach and Baby Kale with shallots, garlic and chili, just amazingly completed the grilled fish. The "Cacio E Pepe" Agnolotti with parmigiana, pecorino and ricotta, just melted in the mouth. The Gnocchi with Fennel Sausage, Arugula-Basil Pesto ... omg ... it's mouthwatering, delicious! Did you know, they make all the pasta in the house? So fresh! Very good food and excellent service! I can't wait to come back to taste the other dishes too! And also, I would love to come back for lunch sometime soon too!
It was a little over priced for what you get.
But welcome to Vegas. Great for groups and food was good. Pasta was the way to go over the scallops
I think the food is great here.
Comparable to some of the best Italian food in LA like Mozza. Beef cheek ravioli, Cesar salad, skirt steak are all very good. And they have a killer bourbon from Frey Ranch only for the restaurant. The only thing I don't like is the hostess who seems to hate her job.
Marc was absolutely fantastic, we had several questions
Marc was absolutely fantastic, we had several questions about the menu and he answered them with absolute professionalism, highly recommended.

WSOP Day 8 - 80/160 MIX "Haha!!!" laughs Asian poker bud looking at my stack of perfectly aligned chips, all the markings straight in a perfect columns. "[Omitted] nits! And those two guys who can't speak English don't even know how to play all the games. Let's go eat". Eater Vegas 2022 Restaurant of the Year. Let's just say, the past is the past and once again, the best Italian restaurants in Vegas are ALL off Strip. Arriving during the Cicchetti "hour" (15:30-17:00) offering easily hold able bite size Venetian treats to be enjoyed with little inexpensive small pours of wine... oh wait, this is the American version and that's not true. Hard to eat small sharable portions with regular sized, regular priced glasses of wine. I don't remember eating shishito peppers in Venice. Meh. Olives were OK. Central to the cooking is a grill fueled by white oak and olive branches. That said, the charred octopus starter with creamy gigante beans and finished with limoncello is very good. Thick, tender with the perfect bitter char. Moving on to classic Roman pastas, the bucatini alla amatriciana, good with the guanciale adding the requisite richness to the simple pasta. The cacio e pepe of angnolotti, excessively creamy and overly complicated. What is made from just pecorino Romano now has the addition of parmigiano and ricotta. Too rich and the taste of pure pecorino is lost. Finally, from the grill, the whole branzino. Correct but doesn't wow. Service is friendly but a bit slow. Decent wine program with high resort markup. Maybe when they opened and won the award, they were laser focused as an Italian restaurant. Now, with their large raw bar offerings and loads of cuts of steak seem to be a second steakhouse for the large Resorts World property.
The atmosphere is good .
100 Days Ribeye steak was not that good than we expected. But other meals were good and fancy.
Excellent authentic Italian cuisine with great flavor.
Servers are attentive. Beautiful dining room. We ordered the octopus and clams for starters. Both dishes were amazing. Order extra bread so you can dip in the clams sauce. The pasta was on point along with the pork chop. I know the server mentioned several times the pork chop is served a la carte. But for plating purposes, even a simple piece of Italian parsley would have improved the aesthetics. Looking forward to trying the tomahawk and calamari next time.
Ambiance was fresh, food was decent, but their olive oil
Ambiance was fresh, food was decent, but their olive oil with bread was to die for! Probably wouldn't go again, but if you're at the hotel, worth a try.
Food was excellent! The bucatini dish had the right amount
Food was excellent! The bucatini dish had the right amount spice. The only thing that was slightly disappointing was the tiramisu. It isn't the good ol' fashioned one. It is within a hard Chocolate shaped egg. It had most of the flavors of the original but it was too odd. It wasn't bad but not what I was hoping for. Sometimes the same recipe is best.
Great food with fantastic service.
The bartender was great as well. Kinda busy so it wasn't a super cool setting but that didn't matter
Run, don't walk away from Brezza.
There are too many good Italian options in Vegas. Our evening started with a bratty hostess full of attitude. You would expect charm and appreciation for coming to their restaurant. There was a manager near by who witnessed her exploits and did nothing to intervene. The $82 filet wasn't suitable for my rescue mutt. The caesar salad was so bitter that my gf couldn't eat it. The spicy pasta was good, but not amazing. I liked the ambiance and our server was very nice and attentive. There was nothing remarkable about this visit, and all I will remember is the crappy greeting from the adolescent at the front door.
Decided to go to Brezza for Mothers day brunch.
After reading the MANY choices in Las Vegas decided to go to Brezza because of the restaurant saying it was using sustainable foods / ingredients. After seeing canola oil used for omelettes , farm raised shrimp / lox I asked to see the manger who was clueless about my questions (which I found unusual). He went get his head chef who came out and started to tell me a bunch of propaganda about her restaurant. After listening I started to ask specific questions - canola oil (her response was they needed a high boiling point oil and I offered why not avocado oil which is (but more expensive then the cheapest oil canola), I pointed out farmed shrimp, lox and no good answer. I asked about the roast and she started to tell me how she's been to the farm. I asked he it it was organic and 100% grass fed and she literally walked away from the conversation. They did refund my $ back. To me how we do one thing is how we do everything.

Casual, yet classy Italian restaurant located at Resorts World. We came here on a Sunday evening for dinner. Made reservations but wasn't really needed as it was during the slower tourists weekend. I love how they have an outdoor patio area...perfect for when the weather's just right! Complimentary bread basket was delicious! We ordered the following: Spaghetti Pomodoro-cherry tomato, basil. Your typical spaghetti. Fiancé LOVESSSS spaghetti so he always orders whatever spaghetti dish they have on the menu. Me personally, I'd pass on this. Not as flavorful as I would hope. Now MY DISH.....was freakin fantastic! I ordered the gnocchi with sausage bits, arugula in a basil pesto sauce. Portion was perfect for leftovers. All around really delicious entree. Those who love pesto must order this dish! Service was attentive throughout our dinner. Our waitress was engaging and our drinks were always full. Also, they give locals discount. Originally, we thought it was 20% off but it ended up only being 10%. Oh wells, it's better than nothing.
Absolutely loved this place! My husband and I stopped by
Absolutely loved this place! My husband and I stopped by for a drink in the afternoon and had an excellent espresso martini at the bar. The drink was so good and the bartenders were so nice that we decided to make dinner reservations and I'm so glad we did. They had THE BEST gluten free pasta I've ever had. When they first put my plate down, I was sure there was no way it was GF and so even tried to send it back, but was assured that their fresh tagliatelle was safe and was so amazing! I ordered the rigatoni dish with the GF pasta and it had SO MUCH flavor. My husband had the bolognese and tuna tartare and said his was excellent as well. The wine list had some amazing Italian wine picks that you won't find anywhere else. The ambiance was perfect and everything was very authentic Italian (not the American-Italian you'll find at most places). I highly recommend this place - we'll be back for sure!
Skirt steak came to me well-done after ordering medium rare.
Flavor was good. Pasta was sub par for the price.
Located in the Fine Dining wing of Resorts World.
We were seated without reservations, Saturday night around 6 pm on their small but lovely patio with views of the sphere. It was a beautiful night and felt good sitting in the open air rather than AC. Service and food were great! The menu is small, but they serve elevated classics like pizza, spaghetti, and calamari with tentacles. Their pasta is handmade and they have an incredible dry meat selection. I ordered the Cesar salad, the dressing was really rich. I could only eat a few bites. Decent sized, it was perfect for sharing. For dinner I had the Cacio E Pepe, and it was excellent. Super filling, but not too rich, this was so good. My partner loved his braised rib, super tender and seasoned very well. Overall, excellent dinner and would recommend. Parking is $18, however complimentary if you sign up with Resorts World players card.

Brezza is a lovely Italian restaurant located in the Resorts World complex. I sat at the bar as a single and it was wonderful. Food was excellent - I had the Bucatini Amatriciana with a lovely Rosemary focaccia to mop up the outstanding sauce. Bartender suggested a great Italian red to pair with it which was perfect. Service, food, ambience were just right.

My husband took me out on Valentine's Day for dinner (We made reservations 3 weeks in advance). They gave me a beautiful rose before walking to our table. From the service, to the food & drinks, they were amazing. I enjoyed the ambiance, not so loud like other places. Will definitely be back!
JR was our server and he made our whole experience.
Everything was really wonderful from appetizers to dessert. We celebrated a friends birthday as well. Everything was amazing especially the service.

They know how to take the reservation but have no clue how to keep it. I made a 7:45 res for 12 people about a week in advance. They said it wouldn't be an issue. We were sat at 8:50. No manager came over to speak with us until after we had approached them first. The food was brought to the wrong people. 3/8 cocktails couldn't be made because they no longer offered that drink...that we ordered...from the menu...lastly, they apologized to the wrong person when they came over to speak with the birthday girl. I was impressed only by how displeased the entire group was. It was kinda crazy. Food was good tho.

I came to Brezza for a birthday dinner surprise and I was seated an hour late.My boyfriend made a reservation for 7:45 for my friends to surprise me and I was supposed to arrive at 8. Alittle after 8 we arrived to my surprise (my friends) sitting on a bench outside the restaurant. We waited for another 45 minutes with the hostesses giving little to no explanation. We were eventually sat at 8:40-8:45 and offered drinks and things. 3 of my friends ordered drinks that were "unavailable" so the server came back for different ones. They did give us a couple free appetizer that were very delicious. 2 of my friends needed to leave early since we were there for so long before and they stopped to find a manager on the way out. The manager came over to speak to us after this occurrence but not before. For us to have to find a manager instead of them coming to us was also super disappointing. The food was fantastic (even though all the plates were given to wrong people) and I could have been okay with the whole situation had it been acknowledged in a timely manner but it was not. I know there is off nights but to try to pretend it didn't happen by sending free food with no acknowledgement in words gets no points from me. Won't be back no matter the quality of the food sadly.
it was a pleasure to not only eat # Brezza.
. but watch their Team work together to deliver spectacular food to their guests. from the cocktails to the dessert everything was spot on.If you are in Vegas....make this one of you dinner stops. You will not be disappointed
The service was amazing! I loved that they were able to
The service was amazing! I loved that they were able to separate our checks per couple and not make a big deal like most restaurants. We were a party of 10. Chef was friendly and even asked if we enjoyed our meal. We LOVED it! 5 star food and service .
Can words express how incredibly impressive this restaurant
Can words express how incredibly impressive this restaurant is?!! Craft cocktail perfection was followed by the most unexpected Brezza "Caesar" salad. Mixed select greens tossed with ground garlic croutons. Add in white anchovies and accompanying vinaigrette. Yum. Charred Octopus up next and what a hearty, perfectly seasoned and cooked serving it is. Delicious. The best of all was next, Herb Pappardelle. An AMAZING Lamb ragu with I would say, the BEST pasta I've ever eaten. Thinner and almost transparent, these soft ribbons simply give the greatest chew and have you moaning in delight. And not to be forgotten the excellent staff and inviting, comfortable decor. This hands down will be the first restaurant we return to in Vegas.

Food was amazing and unique! Fresh and generous portions! Great service polite waiters
Ambiance, service and food were all 5 stars for me.
The pasta was cooked perfectly and the selection of wine was great. Don't hesitate I promise you won't be disappointed.
Superior Service
Superior service with deliciously prepared pasta dishes. Very accommodating to our time limits due to show tickets and we were out quickly!
Overpriced for a view of the mall
Fancy restaurant, but feels like you’re in the mall or a less nice hotel restaurant. We looked out onto the mall escalator. When I asked where the bathroom was their first recommendation was to use the mall restroom. Short ribs were tasty, as was the food and drink in general, but for the ambiance and service it was way overpriced, and they’re competing against so many other top notch restaurants. Joes’s Seafood, Prime Steak and Stone Crab, and Yellowfin were far superior and same or lower price for what we ordered.
Amazing food, excellent service. The servers were so friendly.
We didn’t book at table but luckily we were able to sit near the bar at the high tables. Shortly after we sat down, our server I believe his name was Anthony asked if we wanted any drinks but we weren’t ready so he said he’ll give us time to look over menu. He asked if we wanted bread which was so good, freshly baked and warm with olive oil and vinegar. Our food amazing, although not much veggie options, he said we can make it without meat. Very helpful. We both enjoyed our meals, it was delicious, the best Italian food I had in a while. The service was excellent, five star service. Servers asking if we were ok and if we needed anything. We were too full but ordered dessert anyway and glad we did. Sadly I only had a couple of bites because I was just too stuffed to eat anymore. I would definitely come again if I’m in Vegas. It’s expensive but was worth it.
Elegant and delicious
In understated surroundings (for Vegas), a very good meal. Well served and so very tasty. Good sized portions. Felt a bit rushed at the end but we did arrive without reservations. In a lovely location. Definitely recommended.
Expensive Dog food
Expensive, and would have been happier with food from McDonald's or a gas station. The pomodoro was tasteless, the gnocchi was saved by the sausage which like cheese can pretty much make any dish tasteful. Save your $20 for a bottler beer and go elsewhere, in general the staff was nice
Rating is based on cost
There was nothing wrong with the food quality and service. But I don't understand how, 2 cocktails, 1 glass of wine, 2 salads, 2 fish entrees(The cheapest on the menu), 2 sides, plus tip can be $300 ! THE WORLD HAS GONE CRAZY.
Incredible Italian!
I met ny best friend in Las Vegas for a weekend fun, and we chose Brezza for our last dinner together. We selected it based on the Eater review and were not disappointed. The The hotel where it is located is beautiful and the physical restaurant is just as impeccable. Well laid out and designed, it makes you feel comfortable the minute you enter. The menu is perfectly balanced between appetizers, pasta, and grilled dishes. Diverse enough to be tempted by many dishes, but very focused. The food itself is incredible. Some of the best Italian I have had in years and truly authentic. Everything is fresh and the preparations are inventive yet without any pretense. Perhaps the most impressive thing about Brezza is the service. The attention to detail is impeccable. Old school, fine dining touches that most fine dining establishments have forgotten about. I can't wait to tell all of my friends about Brezza and look forward to my next visit there.
Italia”no”!
This place may say it embraces the tradition of Italy but it certainly doesn’t serve Italian food. The rigatoni arrabiata was not a rigatoni but a conchiglie and the sauce was a tomato sauce with no trace of chilli. So a miss on both counts. Please do not base your opinion of Italian food on this restaurant!
