I got to the DMV at 7:30 in the morning. There must have been a couple hundred people in line.
Luckily I had used this app and had an appointment that I bid on the day before. I was in and out of the DMV in 30 minutes!
A lot better than waiting 90 days to trade in my out of state license!
I will definitely use this app again.
