The floor in the waiting area is so insanely sticky.
It's like it has never been mopped. We got our food an hour and a half after our reservation time but, it was good anyways. However, my medium steak was super rare and my husband's medium steak was way too well done.
Exceptional in many ways

The most disappointing experience of a Ruth Chris Steakhouse, anywhere. My mother and I dine with Ruth Chris 3-4 times a year in different cities. We are fond of the renowned elevated hospitality and exquisite food the Steakhouse is reputable for.
